Stickers are a great and easy way to spread a quick message around. You don't have to give them directly to anyone—simply print on adhesive paper and stick them in public visible places (where it is encouraged/allowed) and ta-da! No need to print on adhesive paper either—you can print on normal paper and hand them out like you would a business card. One of the most impactful ways you can spread the word about Innerworld is to share the impact it made on your life. It can be a face-to-camera testimonial (remember not to share your avatar name), a video with graphic background with captions of your story, or simply an image that resonates with you along with your story in the caption.

The Science of Innerworld
Since Innerworld is a breakthrough technology, folks who hear about us for the first time are often curious as to how effective our app is. An excellent question with an excellent answer: Innerworld has been part of two scientific studies showing that Innerworld helps with substance abuse disorders, depression and anxiety. We have also been awarded a $2M grant from the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) o conduct a randomized control trial at the University of Southern California to continue testing the effects of CBI on depression. More information on the grant can be found here.
